Corporate Citizenship Program
Threespot is committed to enabling our employees to make an impact on their communities by donating time, expertise, and money to improve lives both nearby and around the world. We make this impact possible through the following practices:
- Volunteer and pro bono service: We offer time for employees to take one day per quarter for volunteer service.
- Formal donations commitment: We’re committed to donating a portion of annual profits to charities selected by employees through a voting process. All employees are eligible to nominate a charity and the two charities with the most votes each receive an equal share of the donation.
- Matching individual workers’ charitable donations: Threespot will match charitable donations up to $100/year for each employee to a pre-approved nonprofit organization of the employee’s choice.
- Carbon offset: Threespot commits to reducing our carbon footprint by 100% through the purchase of carbon offsets.
